It’s hard to believe summer is at a close. Landon’s been in school for nearly a month and Bryce gets a thrill out of waving bye to the school bus each morning. The sweet bus driver dutifully waves and smiles back every single time.

We spent hours at the pool. Landon learned how to swim without his floatie and mastered the waterslide and diving board. Bryce demonstrated what we already knew; he’s fearless in the water.

We baked, grew plants, visited friends and family, learned how to grill, played outside, jumped on the trampoline and I think may have earned the title of “loudest family on the street.” But summers are for having fun, being outside and getting dirty.
