One of my favorite things is watching Landon and Bryce together. Bryce loves watching his big brother and saves some of his best smiles for him. Landon is always eager to help, talk to Bryce, explain things and comfort him, though sometimes he can be too rough in his intentions. Fortunately, Bryce is generally a pretty chill baby who is remarkably tolerant of Landon’s pokes, loud noises and prodding.

Last night Landon even finished his milk and cookie early (“I’ll save it for later!” He proclaimed) so he could rush upstairs to “help” me give Bryce a bath! He also has to give Bryce a kiss each morning at preschool drop off. During a summer session of school all about stories and books, Landon made up a story and a drawing about a storm knocking Bryce down and then blowing him away. He’s never far from his thoughts.
