Our neighbor is nice enough to let Brian borrow his lawn tractor to mow our lawn, which saves hours of time each week of push-mowing and provides ample entertainment for Landon. Something tells me I’ll be spending many hours this year watching Brian mow the lawn.

We also got a new hose this year and the nozzle has a “mist” setting, which is just perfect for letting Landon “water” the garden and “clean” whatever needs to be cleaned, even if it’s his face! The mist setting uses little water but keeps him happy.

We have a water table, kiddie pool, splash pad and sprinkler for him that we’re not far from setting up! It’ll be a summer full of water activities. Plus we joined the local community pool this year, which I’m eager to take advantage of.
